Asha Jain is a MS candidate at MIT Aero/Astro and a Bob and Irene Goldsmith Fellow. Working with Professor Daniel Hastings, her studies focus on space systems engineering, space sustainability and atmospheric effects of reentry debris. She is also an inaugural cohort member of the Aerospace Innovation Certificate at MIT. Asha received her B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin with Highest Honors with three additional certificates in Entrepreneurship, Computational Engineering and Computer Science. After completing her masters, Asha will attend Harvard Law School to pursue a career in space law and policy.
